A devoted mother of two, a passionate foodie, and a nature enthusiast.

Nearly two decades ago, I began my career as a Nutritionist, working closely with breastfeeding mothers in a supplemental nutrition program for women, infants, and children.

This experience ignited my deep passion for breastfeeding education, which grew stronger after overcoming my challenges as a nursing mother.

My breastfeeding journey was anything but smooth—motherhood had me on the ropes, but I refused to give up.

Without the lactation support I received, my story could have taken a very different turn, potentially adding to the growing number of mothers who stop breastfeeding due to a lack of resources and guidance in our community.

My work as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) in inpatient, outpatient, and private practice settings is meaningful. It has allowed me to serve in ways I once only dreamed of.

It would be my privilege to support you on your journey!
